Approved returns will receive a full refund of the product purchase price to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return resulted from our error. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

6. Made-to-Order Products

Some products may be created after an order is placed. Production estimates will be displayed on the applicable product page or during checkout. Made-to-order status does not eliminate a customer’s rights under applicable law or our published Return and Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and following all garment-care instructions. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper washing, improper drying, alterations, or failure to follow the provided care instructions.
